Is Costco customer service 24/7?
No. None of Costco's lines is open around the clock. The earliest open at 5am Pacific (8am Eastern) and the latest close at 8pm Pacific (11pm Eastern). Costco's own answers, guides and self-service tools, like returns, order tracking and membership renewal, are on Costco.com at any hour.
