Costco petrol stations in the UK
22 of Costco's 29 UK warehouses have a petrol station, open 6am to 9:30pm on weekdays. They sell regular unleaded, premium unleaded and premium diesel to members only, and you pay at the pump by card.

Who can buy petrol at Costco?
Only Costco members with a valid warehouse membership card. You scan your card at the pump, and it checks that your membership is active. Online-only members can't use the petrol stations. See who can join Costco UK.
How to pay
- Accepted: chip and PIN debit cards (UK Maestro, Visa Debit) and credit cards (Mastercard, American Express, Visa), at the pump.
- Not accepted: cash, cheques, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The stations are self-service with no cashier.
- The £120 hold: the pump asks your bank to hold £120 before you fill up, then charges the real amount. If the hold stays on your statement, Costco says it usually drops off in 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
- No Executive reward: petrol and EV charging don't earn the 2%.
What fuel Costco sells
Regular unleaded (95 octane), premium unleaded (97 octane) and premium diesel, all Kirkland Signature with added cleaning additives. Every station lists all three. Costco advises using the octane your car's manual asks for.

All stations close on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, and close at 5pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Costco has no petrol station at Cardiff, Chingford, Croydon, Farnborough, Hayes, Milton Keynes and Wembley. Costco lists EV charging at 8 warehouses.

No. The petrol stations are for members with a valid warehouse membership card only.
