When is Costco's Black Friday sale in Canada?
Black Friday itself is Friday, November 27. As of October 18, 2026, Costco Canada hadn't announced its 2026 Black Friday savings dates; pages quoting exact dates are guessing from last year. Costco Canada posts its member savings on Costco.ca and in the warehouse, so check there in November. We'll add the dates once Costco publishes them.
Getting the sale price on something you already bought
Costco Canada's price adjustment rules, from Costco.ca:
- Warehouse purchases: within 30 days of purchase, while the item is in stock and the promotion is still running. Ask at the membership counter of your local warehouse. Demo merchandise doesn't count.
- Costco.ca orders: a credit for the difference if you ordered within 30 days before the price dropped on Costco.ca. Use Costco.ca's online form; the credit goes to your original payment method about 5-7 business days after the order ships.
- Not covered: Costco.ca doesn't match warehouse prices (or the other way around) or other retailers. Gold and silver bars and bullion, gift cards and live event tickets aren't eligible, and Costco.ca events like Spend & Get may not qualify.
Black Friday hours in Canada
Black Friday isn't a holiday in Canada, so warehouses keep their usual Friday hours: 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Business Centres 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Unlike in the U.S., there's no Thanksgiving closure the day before, since Canadian Thanksgiving is in October.
